A comparative Study on Synthesis, Characterization and Antibacterial Activity of Green vis-a-vis Chemically Synthesized Silver Nanoparticles

Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles is great importance in the field nanoscience and nanotechnology. Various phytochemical constituents present whole or parts plants can act as reducing, capping stabilizing agents nanoparticle (AgNPs) by green method. In this work, AgNPs have been successfully synthesized laboratory chemical reduction NaBH4 was used a reducing agent method whereas Zingiber officinale leaf extract The properties both methods examined UV-Vis spectroscopy, XRD FTIR Besides these, biological activities were tested against Bacillus subtilis Escherichia coli which exhibited remarkable antimicrobial Based on result, it found that from ginger plant (Zingiber officinale) significant effect than chemically AgNPs.
